Hi Team,

This is Shivam from Rexera, company based in the US. We’re currently using the 3CX Pro version with the default license key provided by 3CX as a free trial. When the 3cx account was created when I was in India.

We’ve integrated a Twilio phone number via SIP to handle inbound and outbound calls through 3CX. However, we’ve encountered a critical issue—our Twilio account has been suspended twice since we started using 3CX.

Issue: Twilio is flagging an IP address in Bangladesh (45.127.49.251), while our company operates exclusively in the US. This is causing repeated suspensions, severely affecting our team’s operations.

Can you please help us find a permanent solution to prevent this from happening again? We need to ensure our Twilio account remains active without further disruptions.

Looking forward to your swift response.

Thanks a lot!
Shivam

You need to speak to Twillio on this and find out whats the reason for such suspension.

We did and they said an unknown user was detected in Bangladesh. Is it possible to change our host location in Bangladesh?

I think you should rotate your account password, trunk, 3cx credential and monitor from there. You might have credential leak
