I use callcentric as my SIP provider.
I have two DIDs. One local and one toll free. I want to receive phone calls from the local DID and toll free DID at two different extensions. My google voice number forwards to my local DID and rings at extension 1000. That works currently. I did that by creating an inbound route to steer the CID of my google voice number to that extension.
I want my toll free number (which I ported to my sip provider already) to ring to extension 1001.
What are the requirements to make this happen?
I have the trunk set up to callcentric, I can make calls outbound from both extensions as the local DID. I would absolutely love for an outbound call from x1001 to show the CID of the toll free number (am I explaining that right?). I've asked callcentric for some help in case their system does not allow this type of thing, but I have no update to my helpdesk ticket yet.
Thank you in advance for anyone that can point me in the right direction.
