Two phones unable to register

You're not at an IPv6 only connection/location by any chance are you?

No, neither location is IPV6 only

Are you showing the filters Warning and Error in your event logs too?

and are you running 108.87.0.16

Nothing filtered our of the logs on that previous screenshot. ill check on firmware on my test phone and post results

Ok so now I feel a prize pratt ... flipping firmware !

Its worked on my test device here at my work , Will do the same on the two on teh actual site tonight but I think we have a winner !!

Just an update , Ive updated the two phones onsite and they updated fine , still saying register failed but I think that will be due to the IP Blacklist.

Advised them to check after 24 hours and should be fine

I'd have them unplug them just to be sure the time expires cleanly. It shouldn't be a problem, but best be safe.

I wish I had unplugged them, 24 hours and still no service ... Im unplugging them now until tomorrow same time to ensure that a blacklist clears ...

If they already show the 3CX logo, you need to reset them again.

ok , update

Phones unplugged completely with power and network 26 hours ago.

I have just been there and powered them on, reset them and then attached them to a network .... same issue , no service.

I have taken the phone to my house and plugged them in ... working without an issue .

Is there any way I can find out if the ip is still blacklisted or anything on the free version as I want to know if I am going down the right road or do I need to get them to speak to their ISP provider or something.

Provisioning happens over 443 which seems to be open outbound, registration would need 5090 (TCP/UDP) that might be not.

Please see if you can telnet from the location to the 3CX URL, port 5090. If the telnet fails then there is some restriction set by the ISP, or on a local firewall for outbound connections.
