Read our guide on how to configure a SIP Trunk / VoIP Provider. This covers the generic steps required to configure a trunk with 3CX. Take note of the below special configuration requirements for TWT:

• Enter the main trunk number in the national format (e.g. 0597353000).
• You can only present numbers associated with your account as Outbound Caller ID.
• To add a TWT registration-based trunk switch the “Type of authentication” option to “Register/Account Based”.
• TWT is 3CX Hosting compatible. Contact TWT to inform them and provide them with your 3CX FQDN. They will validate your FQDN instead of your public IP to route your calls to.
