Since we already have this option in the CRM integration, could we have that instead of the company phonebook when using the side-panel 'Add' button?
Like 'Add to CRM' or 'Add to Phonebook', and ask for a first name/last name which can be sent with most CRMs creation scenario.
We only use CRM contacts, so adding contacts to the phonebook is completely useless to us.
