UAE user to WebMeeting (UK On-Premise 3CX)

We have a user from Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates who needs to use video calling through 3CX. Unfortunately it appears that this is blocked in the UAE.

Without discussing anything illegal, is there any setting in 3CX that we can change to get this to work? I believe (because of our large UK user base) that we have 3CX set to use a London MCU.

It looks like he can connect to a 3CX video meeting that is running hosted by someone else but the video and audio feeds freeze within 10 seconds.

If the service is restricted by the local government then no, there would not be any settings that can fix this since it is an access issue.

They can run a wireshark capture to see if their browser stops receiving traffic from the Webmeeting MCU IP they were connected to, just to confirm that the ISP stops the traffic.
