UBNT edgerouter with 3cx

Hi has any one used an ubnt edgerouter with 3cx? I have client that has one and i am putting 3cx in for them. But when i hook the phones up Yealink t46g 3cx dose not see the phones. If i hook them up to another router different brand 3cx sees the phones. Just not sure if there is some setting in the ubnt router that has to be set.

Just not sure if there is some setting in the ubnt router that has to be set.

It seems that is only possible on PoE version for 3 ports, otherwise not recommended?
