UDP TO TCP in 3CX Phone System

Hi,

I have setup 3CX Phone System with 3 line extentions with SIP Soft phone to it. I can make call from Physical Phone to SIP soft Phone using 3CX Phone System but the packet transfer are UDP.
I am developing Microsoft Speech Server which understands only TCP so How can I configure Line extenions to switch to TCP instead of UDP.

any ideas? i have got it working with other pbx options but the costs are a little high
