3CX Country Blocking Feature [01164]. Reason: 01164026500 contains Prefix 01164. Calls to 01164 are not allowed by system. Resolution: To allow this call access the 3CX Management Console, Settings, Security, Allowed Country Codes and enable the country or continent that matches this prefix.

The question is - which Country does 3CX think is 01164 is?

SOLVED with an Outbound Rule to strip 0 and replace with 0044 but still interested to know where 3CX thinks 01164 is located?

Glad you figured it out!

If I had to guess, it probably has something to do with the options in Settings --> E164 Processing.

If you have this enabled, what do you have in the international dial code?

You are right.
I'd not touched that and it was set to Enabled, Country (USA) with an international access code of 011 which I guess is the default out of the box setting. Now corrected.
