Hi support

I updated the prompts today and when I call the IVR and do dial by name and she sounds like shes aged 30 years - whats the crack?

I understand what you're saying and will look into it a little further. I don't see this as a large issue as the voice is clear and concise both times, but I'll have a look if there is anything we can do.

She's being tested to make sure she's not aged 30 years. Will let you know what I find as soon as I'm done

Hi @kieferschild, the files that I did check matched, however between 4.0.1 and 4.0.3 there was a new UserFirstName.wav which is the culprit I take it. If you have access to the older file on a different PBX, do let me know.

Unfortunately I do not have access to older PBXs.
