unable to access admin portal

Can someone help us to access our admin portal on 3cx

Just to clarify you cannot access the FQDN or you can login and the Admin section is not availble?

Is this an on-premise installation or Cloud?
Are you able to SSH to the machine and check 3CX Services status?
