unable to access managment console Server Error

Can anyone help me out i am unable to access mangement console also unable to receive incoming calls. I am using self hosting system install on Windows Server

Hi @HassanAli124 since this is a windows install could you please check that all the 3CX services are running including the nginx service.

Validate that the OS is up to date and without any third-party software installed.

The server should have good hardware resources depending of the number of users configured in that system, for example if you have around 30 users, at least check the server have these resources
