Solved unable to add a phone - auth fail, but pwd is correct

Hello,
I'm trying to add one phone to our 3CX.
It works as usual if I use the windows client.
But the Granstream 1630 phone is unable to authenticate.
I have 4 other phones of the same type, but this one wont work
What can I do, other than bang head to the wall?

The 3CX log entry:

Hello @vradmin

Are you using the provisioning link from 3CX to provision the phone or are you trying to register the phone manually to the PBX? Also is the phone local to the server or remote?

That particular extension was bugged somehow.
I had to delete it altogether and create a different one.
