Our customer has a professional license and all is up to date.
The customer operates from two locations with separate internet access.
At location 1 we have succesfully configured a X4u V2 as a router phone but when we try and add another X4u v2 as a router phone at location 2 it will not auto provision.
Both phones have the olatest firmware.
Both locations are on separate networks so I would have thought it was possible to have two router phones, one at each location to service the normal extensions.
What am I missing?
