Unable to Add or Remove Participants “Too Many Participants” Error in 3CX Group

We are currently facing an issue with the 3CX group. When we try to add a new member, we encounter the following error:

"Too many participants"

To resolve this, we attempted to remove former team members from the group to make space, but unfortunately, we receive the same error when trying to remove existing members.


It appears that the group has reached its participant limit, and the system is not allowing any modifications (neither additions nor removals).


We kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue and helping us remove the former team members from the group

At the moment there are 204.

But we want to remove and keep only 40.

Hello,

The system will only allow 200 members in the chat (201 including the creator). Somehow you managed to add more and that has blocked the interface from working properly.

You can either stop using the older chat and just create a new one with only the users you need, or open a ticket with support that might be able to clear out some users from the existing one and get it back to normal operation - please ensure your system meets the relevant support criteria.
