Unable to Add Participants in 3cx Web meeting

We are trying to send invitation of web meeting using web-client login but it is giving an error when adding Participants to the meeting

Any suggestions.

Your PBX must be able to communicate with webmeeting.3cx.net.

Make sure PBX port 443 or 5001 is able to bidirectionally communicate with webmeeting.3cx.net at 443 and that your PBX certificate is not self signed.

yes These ports are open on our server security group for webmeeting.3cx.net and we are using 3cxPBX ssl certificates, But still the same error.

Any other suggestion?
