Hello,
ON SMB20 I've set a Fanvil X5U-V2 as SBC , I use a supported Trunk DSTNY, all is set for E164 on SMB side and DSTNY side.
The numbers registred on phone are displayed as E164 format
Phone firmware is 2.12.17
once I want to call back with BIS on the phone, I get a windows "Not found".

If i dial manually the French ten digit number it works.

what I do wrongly not to be able to use BIS feature directly without failure?
Is the outgoing dialed number shouldn't be without +33 in France?

What error does the event log show in relation to these calls?

Is it possible to use SMB20 without E164

It depends on the provider, but SMB passes any number dialed, providing the outbound rule is in place to process the call.

SIP provider don't see call back traces, they see incoming call only.

There is nothing in even log related to the outgoing call back, (like I did nothing) I only see the incoming call

Could it be a Fanvil X5U-V2 Problem and the display "Not found" could come from the deskphone only?

As i Tested a bit later with App and it behaves the same , so it's obviously not a deskphone failure

I did a new call test from App on Android and it behave the same, I get "not Found" on a try to use the call back .
If I dial manually +33415600200 I get not found
If i dial French format 10 digits 0415600200 it works

So as these call back doesn't reach the sip provider it's necessary locked on SMB no ?

What error does the event log show in relation to these calls?

Well my bad, it was the outboud rule, I forgot the +
Now it works fine, really small details that can let you waste a lot of time even when they are in front of your nozexD
What error does the event log show in relation to these calls?
Nothing at all
