Unable to choose "Silent" ringtone

Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, Android version 12
(also same result on other android phones in the office)

I am trying to have a silent ringtone while still having vibration.
The silent ringtone does not save, it reverts back to whatever ringtone was previously selected.
Selecting Silent from the main menu is not a valid solution because it also disables vibrate

Ringtone Type = Custom
Select Ringtone = Silent

When going back, the silent ringtone is not applied,
But using this method and selecting any other ringtone correctly saves the selected tone.

Thanks for your feedback.

Firstly our app does not allow the selection of Custom Silent ringtone since as you correctly stated, we have a dedicated Silent mode for that.

Now my understanding is that you would like to have no ringtone + vibration.

Please follow the steps mentioned here.

- Set your device to Silent Mode [Android App Settings (top left hamburger menu) > Silent Mode > Confirm]

- Android App Settings (top left hamburger menu) > Settings > Advanced > Notifications, audio & visual effects > Vibrate > Notification Categories > Click on Silent mode text (not the switch) > Enable Vibrate (by default this switch is off)
