unable to connect externally

Hi
Can anyone help I have the main 3cx system up & running ok & my Android mobile connects fine when I am on my local network
once I am external to my system I get registration failed, bad gateway. I have check all the firewall setting Ports etc. & can not see a problem How to I go about fixing this

How are you connecting? 3/4G, or through a wifi hotspot? Have you tried from more than one location/method?
Do you use a domain name, or a Static IP to connect?
What type of phone are you running on, what version of Android, what version of the 3CX Phone/PBX?
Did a previous version work?
Do other external devices (other Android, or Windows 3CX) phone, work?
Did you manually enter the account information , on the phone?
