Unable to create webmeeting

When I try to create a webmeeting from the 3cx web app I get the error: "NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource." When I attempt to create the meeting using the desktop app I see it created however I don't receive the email and if I browse to my webmeeting site https://<ip>.3cx.net/join/username I get "Meeting not found". I get the same error when i click the webmeeting tab on my web app.

v 15.5.0

Any ideas on what might be causing this?

Hi Kyle,

The webmeeting servers are external, first check you have Internet access from where you are and also ensure that you have the correct ports forwarded through your firewall for 3CX Webmeeting audio/video: https://www.3cx.com/ports-used-3cx-phone-system-v14-v15/

Thank you, I don't have ports 5001 or 4443 forwarded. hopefully that does it!
