Solved Unable to delete a user

Goodmorning, we have a 3CX pbx self hosted and updated to latest release
We are clearing some old users, with one user after confirming delete a popup appears that user cannot be deleted
Message non details any specific issue: where I can check to know why this user cannot be deleted?
(I have removed the user from queue, departement, groups but still get the error)

The user is a basic user, no admin group or other special role

Perhaps another extension forwards to them.

The logs might have some more detail, especially if you set Verbose logging on.

Yep
this was the problem
reconfigured and then delete completed successfully
