Unable to Delete OLD Analog Gateway

Hi,

As subjected, I am unable to delete the old analog gateway lines added as SIP Trunk

Any guide on how to delete these lines?

Hi Rashid,

When you added the lines, do you know what version of 3CX was running? If not, can you remember how long ago you added the lines as a SIP Trunk?

I am not sure but I remember we added the lines in 2013/2014.​

Hi Rashid,

You will need to create a ticket with the support department, as most likely they will need to manually remove the entries from the back end of the PBX. Please contact your partner / reseller to open a support ticket for you.

Do I have to pay any fee or its free?

As I had recently paid an annual maintenance fee to the reseller.
