Unable to delete old patton gateway

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to remove a Patton gateway from the 3cx SIP trunk that is no longer needed. When I am trying to delete the gateway from the SIP Trunks, I am getting below error:
Commit failed on transaction Delete TCX.Configuration.Interop.Wexternalline


Is there any way to delete this gateway?
This is impacting the 3cx sync. Please find the PBX details below:

Host: Windows Server 2019 Standard
Current version: 18.0 (Build 461)
License: Enterprice Annual
