Unable to delete old trunks

I am trying to clean up old unused SIP trunks and unable to delete. The error message shown is "Commit failed on transaction Delete TCX.Configuration.Interop.Wexternalline". I search the forum and found a few people had similar issues but no real solution other than the fact that it need 3cx support. Would be much appreciated if anyone has the solution for this issue.

FYI those SIP trunks belongs to FXO gateways

For this you need to contact our support team by creating a ticket. They will help you delete the old trunks.
