Just found an issue where I put a new phone on a user's extension, tested it then deleted the old phone. Thought everything was ok as the extension only shows the new phone and the app. When I go into phones, the old phone (MAC address and all) are still then and still registered to the old user. We found this because we tried to use the app in CTI mode to start a call. The call rang a 1/2 rind on the new phone then disappeared. We found out the phone call ended up on the old phone (still plugged into the network at his old desk) and was ringing there.
I have fixed the issue by unplugging the old extension and now the new functions as it should but I still cannot remove the old phone from there system (there is no longer a delete button for phones). I also can't re-assign the phone because it still shows as active on the system and even the windows app still prompts to select a phone, the old phone or the new even though the old phone doesn't show on his extension listing anymore.
Phone system version 16.0.2.910
