Unable to delete SIP trunks

I am trying to clean up old unused SIP trunks and unable to delete. The error message shown is "Commit failed on transaction Delete TCX.Configuration.Interop.Wexternalline". I search the forum and found a few people had similar issues but no real solution other than the fact that it need 3cx support. Would be much appreciated if anyone has the solution for this issue.

Are you trying to delete old SIP trunks that belonged to a gateway or a regular SIP Trunk?
