Solved Unable to dial out on 2 extensions

One of our clients cannot dial out on two of their extensions.

We have checked the outbound rules and that is fine , we have also checked that specific users have no set restrictions .
Below is the error message we get when we check under the activity log:

Flow] Target endpoint for 0785462394 can not be built!

We have also checked the SIP trunk and itt is registered accordingly.

Thats not enough, please check the logs (at least set to medium) of the pbx for a call.

OK, I wonder if there are other outbound rules configured, can you please share a screenshoot of all the outbound rules. The order is important since the system checks from top to bottom

Also, does the extension belong to the group Peebles? check that it is added in that group.

The extensions belong to the group Honeydew. The client has 3 branc hences the 3 outgoing rules

why do you have two outbound rules using prefix 0-9 filtered with the same group Peebles? this will not work.

The last outbound rule Colourful Splendouur Honeydew will never be used for the users in Peebles, only the first one.

The call got rejected because the extension is not in the group pebbeplants. But @Alejandro_3CX said it allready. Glad you solved the problem.
