Hello,
So I am currently testing out the 3CX Cloud using the provided OVH hosting. The environment is working well, I can receive calls, make calls carry out transfers etc.

For testing I have two iOS devices - push works perfectly every single time.

Android - I am testing using a Samsung S7 Edge Android 6.01
The client is 15.0.71

I have tried to use the 3CX GCM, tried Firebase, and tried the old GCM. All methods will not work for push on this device.

I have re provisioned at each step, deleted the account, re configured nothing.
Can someone help me.

Hello @Zimstyles

What version PBX do you have? Can you tell me the version or service pack you are on?
If you are SP5 or prior then:
Please navigate to Dashboard / Activity Log / Options and set logging to verbose. Restart all 3CX services. try making a call to the extension with the Push.
then generate the support info from the support tab.
Open the support info bundle and navigate to the Logs folder, locate the 3CXDialer.log and search for the call. You should see the error that caused the call to fail. If you see OK OK then the Push message succeeded and you should search for the error on the device (power options, notifications etc).
Also check the guide for android push and make sure the settings are correct with your project.
https://www.3cx.com/docs/

If you are on V15.5 then please note that you have to wait for the new client to come out as the .71 client does not work with V15.5.

When can we expect the new client for android ? for me the upgrade was installed on server reboot and left me down on all android devices.

Thanks.

I am currently using the pbx - sending welcoming emails to my employees and they download the file but get failed register errors. I did my phone and it connects fine. I checked all the settings in 3cx server management and made same as mine. It knows who they are but won't connect. Ideas?

I have double checked all the server settings - my phone just like their identically - but theirs will not register.

Hello @Mike Brauch,

1. Can you check if your clients are connected through tunnel? (Management Console > Click on an extension > Go to Phone Provisioning > Use 3CX Tunnel for remote connections (3CX Client only) ) .
2. Also, can you please tell us what version of PBX and Android client are you currently running?

Thank You

Marios - I was able to figure it out. It had to do with connecting to our wireless behind the firewall - we have to connect this way and it registered and controls the phone.
