Unable to hear the ring sound

i need some help, i ve installed 3cx and i configured ciso ata 186 and a tiger sip phone and was able to make and receive the call, but the problem was when i dial the extn for example: from 200 i call 201 the user at 201 gets the ring on his phone, but the caller gets no audio whether the called extn is ringing or not. kindly help.

In the version you have there's known bug: if a SIP device responds with 180 Ringing without 'Contacts' header - it is not transferred to initiator of a call. We're aware of this bug and will fix it soon.
