When I load the web management console it sits at the 100% loading bar for a while. Then I log in and it looks like it's doing nothing for a while. Then it says Server Error. I don't think anything has changed. It worked Friday, came in this morning, now I can't log in. This is an install on Debian running on my own on-premis server. I've rebooted the VM and ran "service 3CX* status" and verified all the services are running. Is there a log somewhere that will tell me what "Server Error" means?

Have you tried clearing your browser or using private browsing?

Hi,

I would recommend to try opening the MC using your browser in Incognito (to bypass any cache or plugins issues).

Server Error usually means that the MC service is not running, or the services are not yet ready.

I tried incognito mode. I followed another thread with this issue and ended up bypassing my country blocks for the 3CX in my Meraki security appliance. It sounds like 3CX tries to contact a license server or something and if it can't it won't let you log in? After I disabled the country blocks on my firewall I could log in.

Hi,

If you block based on countries without knowing what the system might try to access, you might come a across a few issues

The system contacts the firewall checker (when in use), the activation server, the RPS services, the webmeeting clusters, STUN Servers, Let's Encrypt, and various repositories for updates amongst other things.

I can't say exactly how it would affect login though, since I would expect you would not even be able to reach the login screen. Probably the Meraki is doing something else.
