hi there, my office has a selection of Yealink T40 series IP phones. for the most part they work fine, but whenever i try to log in to them via their IP address to change settings, specifically in this case to display extensions for rapid dialing for my receptionists, i am unable to log in.
Neither the default yealink admin passwords or the new username and passwords generated by 3CX in the phone provisioning tab work, and this was with both carefully writing the username and password out by hand and directly copying and pasting them. i'm genuinely at a loss for why this could be, every thread I've found on this says to simply use the ones 3CX gives you in the provisioning tab. i even tried changing the username and password before re-provisioning and that's only managed to screw up my personal phone. any advice on this would be really appreciated, i am at my wits end here.
just for the sake of being thorough i tested this on multiple phones, both my Yealink T41P, which has some compatibility problems, and one of our Yealink T42S phones, which is a supported phone, and neither works.
