Unable to log in with admin credentials after upgrade - system_owners

Hello everyone, I recently updated 3CX to the latest version and now I'm unable to log in using the previous admin credentials. I designated extension 444 as a system owner, but unfortunately, I don't know the password for this extension. Moreover, the email associated with it has a typo (.ocm instead of .com). Can anyone guide me on how to reset the admin password using SSH/console? Thank you!

Can you restore easily, as in, a VM snapshot or full backup?

I don't know there's a documented method to do that. You may need a 3CX support ticket.

May i ask, you created a new System Owner after the upgrade?
There is only one system owner that was created in V18?
