Unable to log into hosted site

Due to Contract work and using my hosted system quite infrequently it seems that the system is unreachable.
Just got a call from one of my Customers stating unable to reach us!

Right now I cannot log in nor reach my hosted URL system
Happened about a year ago also and reached out and someone re enabled it !

My local 3CX system is working fine !

Any chance on getting some help ?
