I just purchased the 3cx dynamics crm plugin in order to interface 3cx with my dynamics crm online account. After installing the plugin and desktop components I attempted to login using the windows live id authentication option with [email protected] however the plugin states that my username or password is incorrect. The exact error states ( Authentication fails for the given user name / password (Code: 00000000).
What are the correct options for logging into a crm online organization? Anyone that can help is much appreciated!
