Hi,
I have set up our Teams Direct Routing integration (again, we stopped using it for a short period, all Direct Routing settings were removed from Teams when we stopped using it).
We have a valid Certificate, DNS A record is pointing to 3CX (hosted on Azure) and port 5062 is open to 3CX through the Azure networking section.
I have enabled Direct Routing, restarted Secure SIP in 3CX and ran the scripts which created the settings in Teams and then I enabled the user sync (ensured users contact number is M365 is in the correct format). I have ran the users script and check each user and they have the correct number and policies assigned.
Users can receive calls in Teams with 2-way audio but we cannot dial out to external numbers or to extension numbers within 3CX. We get the following message...

I have created a new Outbound Rule in 3CX for numbers starting with +44 to strip 3 digits and prepend with 0 but that has not solved the problem.
From what I can tell there is no traffic generated in the Activity Log in 3CX, I enabled Verbose logging and made a call but can't see any attempt of an outbound call from Teams.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks
