First off...the 4112 is a Gateway, not an ATA, two different devices.
I'm not sure how you have set up your outbound rules or numbered your trunks. There seems to be some problem with the number of calls you have allowed.

Three routes? there are only two trunks?

This appears to indicate that the Patton may not be set up properly, and the line above that seems to be a problem with a music file (missing?, corrupt?, no audio driver?).

limited by Administrator, that's you
Do you have the trunks set to allow both incoming and outgoing calls?

Once again, something in the Patton does not like the digits you set (internal dialplan?)

You need to go over your 3Cx settings regarding what it is to do with an incoming call, and how many are allowed.
You may want to get one trunk working first, in a very simple set-up, before attempting something more complicated.
I'm assuming that you followed this? http://www.3cx.com/voip-gateways/patton-smartnode.html
