Unable to make OutBound calls

Able to make extension calls
Able to receive calls from outside (Sip trunk)

but unable to make OutBound calls
have an outbound rule set as shown in picture
I'm in New Zealand country code +64(0064)
trying to dial 006421597394
SIP is with skype connect and I have credit to make calls
so as per below outbound rule I'm trying to call
109006421597394
error Not found

Update on this issue
i added
0064 under calls to numbers starting with prefix
basically added country code and it works
however not sure if its correct setup

Also note that in the PBX settings, there are two additional things to look out for
Security > Allowed country codes, and also E164 processing. I would first start with the webinar to understand outbound routing, and then move to those.
 
Your outbound rules were not stripping off 3 digits, the 109, (access code?) before sending the call to the provider, so you were sending 109006421597394 . I'm assuming that they just want 006421597394.

yes that was the problem
Thank you so much ,, i was able to check the call log on my SIP account and i saw it was trying to dial
with 109 ,
so now i stripped 3 digits , its able to call
