Unable to phone landlines/operate message bank.

I have installed 3cXPhone but whilst I am able to ‘phone to, or receive calls, from cellphone and land-line numbers I cannot phone to a landline number.
I get exception “unsupported media”.

Also can anyone please advise how to activate the message bank and otherwise retrieve messages on 3cXPhone?
My system continues to take recorded messages who ‘phone when I am out - but I can neither retrieve them nor set up a new greeting.

You may need to clarify the issue. It sounds like you have two problems (please correct me). You can't make some outgoing calls, to landlines, AND, you can't call in to retrieve left voice-mails? Is that correct? Are the outgoing calls via a gateway or VoIP provider?
