Unable to reach update server

Hello everyone,
I'm facing an issue with upgrading from V16.0.0.1581 (I know it's an old version but the customer never let me to upgrade it before)
If I try to upgrade i receive the message "Unable to reach 3cx update server. Check your connection and try again".

The DOWNLOADS_URL is set to https://downloads-eu.3cx.com/downloads/v160 (also tryed with https://downloads-global.3cx.com/downloads/v160, same result)
I can ping the update server
using Windows 2019 VM on Esxi 6
Firewall check OK
DNS 8.8.8.8
No AV on the host
From the company firewall's logs I can see only allowed trafic between PBX and the update server address
Already rebooted the host.

Someone have any other idea?

Hi,

You can try also with https://downloads.3cx.com/downloads/v160 but if it doesn't work you can try some alternative steps for troubleshooting:

1. Try bypassing the network firewall completely. You may be able to ping the server but you may still be blocking traffic either via rules or geoblocking

2. Check that you haven't modified the hosts file

3. Disable the Windows Server firewall completely
