Hello, i'm unable to receive calls to my extension on my iphone, and when i try to provision the phone with the qr code it dosen't work , but i can provision the phone with the 3cx file in the email,

i'm using an iphone xs on ios 15.6.1
i'm selfhosting my 3cx server at home
18.0 Update 4(Build 965)
when i'm in the 3cx app on my phone the little square in the corner in grey but says ready for calls

i tested with the firewall checker and all good on that end everything is green, i have a pfsense server and i have configured the router with the specs i found in a 3cx article

thanks in advance for your assistance

Since you host the 3CX on-site, have you configured either Split DNS or a pinhole NAT in your router?

i added the dns to my dns server , waiting for the refresh that should happen soon , will let you know if it works , thanks in advance for your assistance

i configured the dns in my dns server and configured my pfsense to pure nat, when i'm inside my network i get my phone to turn green but the phone dosen't ring but shows i missed a call , when i go into 4G , the phone turn grey and dosen't work , if you need some screenshots i can provide them

Did you open port 5090 so the iphone can connect to your 3CX server?

Also can your 3CX server connect to the apple pushs ervers on ports 443, 2197 and 5223?

Look at the section Ports for Remote Apps at https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/firewall-router-configuration/

Keep in mind that for external connections to your 3CX server you need to forward the ports or configure SNAT.

Yes i did, and my server can communicate externally on that vlan after verifying the firewall and the port forwarding inbound and outbound,
i also did the firewall test in 3cx and says it can communicate, i can also verify other things in my 3cx configuration1663297569037.png
