I'm using SKYPE for SIP provider.

Firewall Checker Passes All Phases.
Outbound calls are successful.
Inbound call aren't showing up in the log.

I have logging set on Verbose and all it shows is:
03:03:22.598 Currently active calls [none]

When I use my cell phone to call my SKYPE #, I hear it ring 4 times and then rings busy. But 3CX logs show nothing.
I have that line directed to Extension 51 which is my Polycom 330 and [X] Allow Inbound Calls is checked (default).

What should I check next??

Does the log show that 3CX successfully registered with Skype? Can you place outgoing calls on Skype? Are you using other VoIP providers? Can you receive incoming calls from them?

I thought I replied to this yesterday but don't see it today.

I put an inexpensive router outside our corporate router to do higher priority divert of 5060,5090,9000-49 traffic to PBX and send remainder to DMZ (corporate router). Phone quality is now crystal clear and inbound calls are working.

Made no sense. it said it was registered and outbound was working but inbound wouldn't ring. The line quality was cracking at times and firewall checker passed all phases.

Somehow when I added the 2nd router to fix line quality, the problem resolved itself.
