Unable to receive sms messages in 3cx

We are using voip.ms for our text message service. We can send text messages out of 3cx to a number, but if that number responds we see nothing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
If anyone has detailed instructions on how to route incoming text's when they are received in 3cx. I want to have 4 users to be able to see the incoming texts.

Is the number configured in E164 format?
Also check for ny relevant error in the event log.

Yes it is. I think I have the inbound of the text not configured correctly. Looking for the correct way to do this so i can check if i did it correctly.

Check also the event log to see the error exactly however if the number is configured properly there should be no issue.
