Unable to Register SIP Trunk with Vodafone Qatar on 3CX

First of all, thank you for taking the time to help.


I am facing an issue registering a SIP trunk with Vodafone Qatar on 3CX, and I would appreciate your guidance.
The following are the credentials provided by Vodafone Qatar.

Host: 172.16.6.4 5060
Username = +974XXXXXXXX
password = XXXXXXXXXXX
Domain = vodafone.qa
register = [email protected]

Wan Ip ; 10.72.4.2/30
Gateway ; 10.72.4.1

Please help me set up a successful trunk

Please use update 8 release candidate to run the voip provider tester and then based on that and together with a knowledgeable partner create a template for the Vodafone qatar

As Nick has mentioned, the VoIP provider test functionality of Update 8 would be a great helper here.

Given than the IPs they provided for you are in a Private IP range, the first step would be to engage somebody with networking know-how to ensure your PBX can see/talk to that network.
