I've just logged into our 3CX partner portal and it says "Not Renewable" under the expiry date of all our licenses, including ones that are due for renewal in the next week or so. We normally renew directly through our distributor, but does anyone have any insight into why they all says Not Renewable? Haven't noticed this before...

Just checked our portal and all of our licenses are showing this as well.

Hi,

NFR/Free would be showing that. Are you seeing it for normal licences right now?

I just checked our portal as well and its showing on all licences as well.

Hi,
Yes we have paid 4SC and above licenses that are showing Not Renewable. We have no free subscriptions.

Hi,

Please check now.

Some normal Licences were marked as non-renewable when viewed in the Partner portal if they can only be renewed by a Distributor.

If there are any Keys still showing this that you believe they should not, do let us know.

Best,
KS.

Speaking of licenses, I have a paid onPrem WIN v18 License which I'm trying to upgrade to onPrem Debian v20 but I don't want to tear my phones down without having an idea what's going to happen. I would have posted in the appropriate thread, but the forum won't let me post unless I have a paid v20 license. I need to upgrade my v18 to v20 but I'm not getting any guidance as to how to do that. Must I tear down my v18 phone system before I'm finished provisioning the V20 system?

Hi,
Our keys are now showing the renew button, except for NFR which is showing Not Renewable as you mentioned it would.
Thanks for the help!

Hi,

This recent forum thread might be a good starting point - although it covers a few bits that you will probably not need:
