Unable to see Updates / SSL Certificate Renewal Failed

Good Morning

I have a PBX whose SSL Certificate is continually failing, and I went to check for Updates, and get a "Server Error - 504 OK" when attempting to look for updates. It's on v18 U8, and doesn't provide any results for available updates.

Have you checked your DNS servers and attempted to do it again?

DNS doesn't appear to be having issues, I can ping addresses like 3cx.com and google.com from the console of the VM. We did try a host reboot and issues persist.

Looks like the problem is not your PBX, read the error closer, "Unable to reach Certificate issuing Servers"

Thanks, but I believe there's a communication issue since it can't look for updates AND cant renew the certificate. I can ping the DOWNLOADS_URL: downloads-global.3cx.com successfully, but it gives a SERVER ERROR 504 which means it attempted to communicate with it but it failed.

What is your exact PBX build version?
