Hi guys,
I had posted this in another thread but figured I should create a new thread.
I had a conference meeting scheduled this morning and no one could see my screen after sharing it. i tried a couple of times but it would not work. I haven't had any issues with sharing my screen for meetings before and it was working earlier this week. I am running windows 10 so I am hoping something hasn't broken with their last set of updates.
I have made sure my camera has access in the windows settings but I never actually had a web camera.
I don't know if it would make a difference but I tried it with both quick meeting and conference and it didn't work in either.
3CX version 15.5.12227.5
Chrome: Version 67.0.3396.99 (Official Build) (64-bit)
windows 10 1709 64 bit
curious...why do I have to install 3CX call browser extension if I want to share my screen? I don't actually use it and it tries to turn data that is not a phone number into a phone number on our website.
thank you
