unable to telnet to my instance

I have configured the Root Credentials:

but I cannot change them,
I cannot access.
I've even tried the forgot password but what I get does not work


what I'm I doing wrong?
also on the page everything is locked

Yes this can make some confusion:-|
The Management Root is not the same as the Linux root - you need to find the root password created under the installation of your 3CX instance and log in with this root account

ouch! I followed the standard installation on... was it asked during intallation ?

Yep, you had to set the root PW for the Linux installation during the installation
