Hi
We have a large 3cx on V15 all latest updates. On one site we used the customer existing Mitel 5312 phone. The switchboard is set up on a Yealink T46S.
When I dial the mitel extension directly on the DID it works fine, when calling extension to extension it work fine.
The problem is when a call reaches the switchboard the Yealink T46S transfers the call to th emitel phones, then the mitel user can pick up the phone but the call cannot be answered.
Anyone had this kind of issue?
