Unable to update Version 10 Service Pack 1.1

I've receintly installed version 10 and the "3CX Phone System Updates" is red listing an update for version service pack 1.1. I am unable to click on the checkbox to update.

Hello,
you need to use the Management Console with Winforms and not the browser. This is the issue you are running into to.
