Unable to upgrade

Trying to upgrade to ver 20 and getting this error:

"To perform os upgrade you need to have a system owner defined int he system with a unique email address."

I've logged in and checked that the logged in user has system admin and they do.

Any ideas?

System Admin != System Owner

Ensure that the user has System owner rights, and then test it too so that you have access and it works.
Also, the email is unique and not used on the other extension.
